Last year my sister showed us this TJ’s high protein, high fiber soup hack and we have never looked back! It comes together in literally 10 minutes with the chopping of the onions included, I timed it 😂
The thing about comfort food is, it fits. Emotional eating isn’t something that will never happen again – it’s something you want to learn how to manage responsibly. I view a big warm bowl of soup or pasta as emotionally comforting. But I can redefine what that looks like so that it fits into my fat loss goals.
