I am not normally a brussels sprouts lover but when they’re made like this, I’m obsessed! It’s giving restaurant style sprouts but with more control over the ingredients, calories, and delicious flavor!
Parmesan Crusted Brussels Sprouts

2 cups Brussels sprouts
1 cup Parmesan, shredded
1 tbsp Olive oil or olive oil spray
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp Onion powder and garlic powder
Directions
- Slice Brussels sprouts in half and boil them in salted water for ~10 minutes or until fork tender
- Preheat oven to 400
- Shred Parmesan into a baking dish and spread into an even layer
- When Brussels sprouts are done, drain the water and season with salt, pepper, onion, and garlic powder
- Place the Brussels sprouts cut side down on the cheese layer
- Spray with olive oil and bake for 20-30 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are browned and cheese starts to crust on the edges.
- Serve and enjoy!
