Tuna Salad | the best you’ve ever had (and healthiest)

3 years strong this tuna salad recipe has been going and I am never looking elsewhere for another. So quick, so filling, so versatile. Change it up with whatever veggies you have in your house. It’s always high in protein, always high in fiber, always full of healthy fats, and always veggie filled. And it’s never fail creamy and delicious. And it comes together in 5 minutes. Worth the run on sentences and incorrect grammar in my opinion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach, chopped

  • 2 cups veggies of choice, chopped (Ex/ cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, bell peppers, red onion. etc)

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 cans tuna

  • 1 avocado

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tsp onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Juice of a lemon

  • Option: 1-2 tbsp mustard

Directions

  • Chop veggies. Add to a bowl with tuna, yogurt, avocado, lemon, and spices. Mixaroo and serve!
