Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese

  • 1/2 cup egg whites

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • Optional adds

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 scoop protein powder

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 banana sliced

Directions

  • Blend all base ingredients. Mix in optional blueberries or fruit if making a fun flavor
