I love a quick healthy bite. I need my healthy snacks to be as easy to reach for as a candy bar. Enter these perfectly satisfying and only made with feel good ingredients, Energy Balls. One bowl, 10 minutes, and a fridge is all you need.

10 Minute Energy Balls

1 cup quick oats (or rolled oats pulsed to smaller grains)
1/2 cup creamy nut butter (I used cashew butter)
1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup ground flax seed (I’ve used flax and ground sesame before. Both good!)
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
1/3 cup honey
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for ~30 minutes
- spoon mixture into equal size balls rolling with your hands to form tight, smooth rounds
- Store in the fridge and pop out one or two as needed!
