Balance to me today means, a lot more. What do I really want? How do I want to feel? Does this support my health or take away from it?
I can have whatever I want whenever I want it. The question is what do I really want?

Healthier Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup almond butter, peanut butter, or cashew butter
1 egg
1/2 cup granulated sweetener of choice (I use all monkfruit, half monkfruit and half brown sugar, or all coconut sugar)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a mixing bowl combine, almond butter, egg, sweetener of choice, vanilla, and baking soda.
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Form into balls and place on baking sheet. Refrigerate for as little as 30 minutes and as much as overnight.
- Press down each ball just a little. Bake for ~8-9 minutes.
- The cookies will be soft!! Allow to cool completely before serving. They will still be soft. Expect a soft cookie.
