Viral Date Snickers Bark

Dessert is dessert, I get it, how *much* you eat will matter whether you’re eating a healthy date snickers bark or crumbl cookie. BUT it’s a lot easier to eat 600 calories worth of crumble cookies than it is to eat 600 calories of date snickers bark. AND what dates, peanut butter, and dark chocolate contributes to your body and overall health is going to be drastically more beneficial than what crumble cookie or the pumpkin Jojos from Trader Joe’s will contribute!

Does that mean you can never have a pumpkin Jojo, snickers, or crumble cookie? Definitely not. You can 100% have those things every now and then and there’s a right way to fit them in.

But on the regular, you want to be someone that treats their body with respect and gives it what it needs first. Like fiber, nutrients, and healthy fats from this treat. On the regular, you want to be someone that makes their goals a priority and does something about the things they want.

I know it’s just date snickers bark and its not that serious😂 Eat and enjoy.
